Each of the clinics have their own email addresses, they are as follows:
- Only accepts cases in Harris County, Texas; cases are linited to the following; uncontested divorces with no children or property; uncontested divorces with children, minimum property
- Clients are screened for eligibility based on the Federal Poverty Guidelines
Wills, Probate, & Guardianship Clinic
- Only accepts cases in Harris County, Texas; clinic handles guardianship of the person (incapacitated or minors); Small Estate Affidavits and Orders; Affidavits of Heirship (Real Property Records); Determination of Heirship with or without administration; Probate with administration; Probate as Muniment of Title. Clinic also drafts simple wills, POAs, Physicians Directives, Transfer on Death Deeds.
- Clients are screened for eligibility based on the Federal Poverty Guidelines
- Only accepts cases in Harris County, Texas; cases are limited to misdemeanors
- Clients are screened for eligibility based on the Federal Poverty Guidelines; or clinic is appointed as counsel by court
- Currently handling appeals only.
